1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. Any signs of use, damage, or tampering will void eligibility.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials.

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, transaction ID) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items are exempt from being returned or exchanged. These include, but are not limited to:

  • E-liquids (Vape Juices): Once opened or if the seal is broken.

  • Coils, Pods, and Atomisers: Unless proven to be defective or faulty upon arrival and reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Disposable Vapes: Unless proven to be defective or faulty upon arrival, and reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Gift Cards: All sales are final for gift cards.

  • Promotional/Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code are generally considered final sale and are non-returnable, unless explicitly stated otherwise during the promotion.

  • Clearance Items: All sales are final for clearance items.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon arrival (within 24-48 hours of delivery) at vaporzoneae@gmail.com

  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the defect or damage, and supporting photographic or video evidence.

  • We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide instructions for return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Defective items will be replaced with the same product. If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return for an eligible item:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer service team at vaporzoneae@gmail.com within the specified return timeframe. Include your order number and a clear explanation for the return.

  2. Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, along with all original contents. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly without our explicit instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and thoroughly inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) within [e.g., 7-14] business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Damaged Items: In cases of genuinely defective or damaged items, VaporZone.ae may cover the return shipping costs. This will be determined upon assessment of your claim.

7. Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above to return the original item for a refund (if eligible), and then place a new order for the desired item.
